Sunrooms & Patio Covers across Middle Tennessee

Sunroom builders who put the room on a real foundation, glaze it for a Tennessee summer, and permit it like the addition it is.

Sunroom builders serving Nashville also work Franklin, Brentwood, Murfreesboro, Hendersonville — 65 towns in 12 counties. The houses are not the same in any two of those towns, and neither is the sunroom work:

• Nashville. On an older house a sunroom is usually a porch conversion, and matching the roofline, the siding and the proportions is what makes it look like it was always there.
• Brentwood. Eighties and nineties houses have the big back decks that owners want to enclose, and the honest answer is usually a new foundation under the room and a screened or three-season design over it.
• Murfreesboro. The 2000s houses came with a covered patio or nothing, and the sunroom is an addition off the kitchen or the family room; the electrical panel usually has the room for it.
• Hendersonville. On an older house a sunroom is usually a porch conversion, and matching the roofline, the siding and the proportions is what makes it look like it was always there.
• Columbia. On an older house a sunroom is usually a porch conversion, and matching the roofline, the siding and the proportions is what makes it look like it was always there.
• Lebanon. Rural sunrooms look over acreage and face the weather, and the design is a room with a real roof and glass specified for wind.
